Become the Reliable.Work Partner for Your City

Apply for your territory

If you already know you want exclusive Reliable.Work affiliation for your trade and market, apply on the right. The full partnership structure — exclusivity, pricing, what we provide, what we expect — is laid out below.

The partnership in short:

  • One verified contractor per trade, per city — no shared queue, no auction
  • Flat per-lead pricing set at onboarding — ninety days’ notice on any change
  • Territory pages branded for your business — your name, license, photos, reviews
  • Month-to-month after onboarding — thirty days’ notice to walk away

By clicking Send Message, you authorize Reliable.Work to contact you at the phone number and email you provide, including by autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages, regarding your partnership inquiry. Submission does not guarantee territory availability or partnership terms — those are discussed during review. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. See Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Reliable.Work assigns one contractor — and only one — to each trade in each market we serve. If you run a roofing, plumbing, or electrical business with the capacity to take on real lead volume in your area, you’d be the only Reliable.Work-affiliated business for that trade in that city, for as long as our partnership is active.

    What exclusivity actually means

Most lead platforms sell the same inquiry to four or five contractors. We don’t. Every form submission and every tracked call from a city page goes to one partner — the partner who owns that (trade, city) territory. There’s no shared queue. There’s no auction. There’s no “premium tier” you can pay extra to skip ahead. You’re either the partner for that market or you aren’t.

Exclusivity is per (trade, city). If you run a roofing business in Sacramento, you’d be the only Reliable.Work roofer in Sacramento — but a separate plumbing partner can hold Sacramento for plumbing, and a separate roofer can hold Stockton. We don’t fragment cities into neighborhoods or sub-territories; one well-defined market, one partner.

    Pricing

Per-lead pricing, set in your Schedule at onboarding, varying by trade and market. That’s the entire commercial structure. Specifically:

    • No setup fees, no onboarding fees, no monthly minimums. You pay only for delivered leads.
    • Weekly ACH billing. Invoices issue Friday for the prior Saturday-through-Friday week. Auto-debit from your operating account.
    • Lead disputes for spam, out-of-area inquiries, or fabricated contact info — two-business-day window, full credit on approval.
    • Outcome credits on leads where the consumer ended up with another contractor: 50% credit with proof, 25% on a good-faith report. Thirty-day submission window.
    • No long-term commitment. Month-to-month after onboarding. Thirty days’ notice to walk away.
    • Ninety days’ notice on any price change. If we change your per-lead price, you have at least ninety days to decide whether to continue at the new price or terminate.

The actual per-lead price for your trade and market is shared with you during the application conversation, not on this page — pricing varies by both, and posting one number wouldn’t serve you. What we promise on the public side is the structure: flat per lead, no extras tacked on, no minimums, billed weekly, with ninety days’ notice on any change.
